Our salt sauna combines a traditional dry sauna with the health promoting properties of sea salt inhalations. With air temperature ranging between 59 and 90 degrees Celsius and moderate humidity, it is recommended for persons with upper and lower respiratory system conditions due to its cleansing effect.

Fitted with ceramic tiles, our steam bath is heated by hot steam. With moderate air temperature from 45 to 65 degrees Celsius and 100% air humidity, it has a number of health benefits, including relaxation and expansion of the blood vessels, which promotes healthy blood circulation in the skin and muscles; therapy of upper respiratory tract infections and conditions such as asthma; as well as removal of toxins from the body, which accelerates regeneration and leaves your skin fine and smooth.

Also known as Rasul bath, the thermal mud bath is a traditional Oriental cleansing and bathing ritual. It is characterized by moderate air temperature between 35 and 55 degrees Celsius and very high humidity. Our thermal mud bath consists of two rooms – a vestibule with a wash basin and shower to cleanse the skin, and a steam room where mineral rich mud is applied to the skin to exfoliate and condition it. The combined effect of heat, steam and mud will leave you feeling totally relaxed, cleansed and invigorated.

Our SPA & Wellness Zone also features a bright and spacious tanning room with panoramic views of Lake Mikołajskie. Known as the Sunny Meadow, it provides perfect conditions for tanning that is safe for the skin. Unlike a classic solarium, our Sunny Meadow does not expose the skin to intense UV radiation and thus protects it from its harmful effects. With moderate UV radiation, it stimulates the skin to produce Vitamin D that is essential for our immune system and endorphins known as the happy hormones that are ideal mood-boosters at any time of year. With two large and comfortable sunbeds, our Sunny Meadow offers the best conditions for getting an even and lasting tan similar to the natural sunbathing in the picturesque surroundings of Masurian Lakes.
Our mosaic-tiled Sensation Showers Area features a number of sensation showers with various intensity, effects and temperature of water stream. Unlike in standard showers, the pressurized water flows in jets from all directions, not just from the top. Moreover, to stimulate all your senses, there are additional special effects, including stimulating lights, sensual diffused essential oils and relaxing music or sounds of nature like sea waves or wind.
